Could anyone tell me the number of messages you are allowed to send per day as a new member? And will this number increase? How does this system work? Does it depend on the number of messages posted/the time you have been member/the webmaster/something else?

If I remember correctly, it starts at five messages on the first day, six on the second day, seven on the third day, and so on, with the limit removed once you become a regular member (which depends on all activity on the site and usually happens after a few days to weeks). It's somewhat annoying that we had to do this, but unfortunately there've been a lot of people signing up and mass-sending spam messages, and we had to curb that somehow.
I understand, I will be patient and hope the limit will quickly be removed as I have no intention in posting spam mail whatsoever but of course that has to prove first.
