Could someone help me?, I think there is a programme on line, which I can down load my photos on and log in to view them? hopefully I can also get my friends and family to log on with a user name and password and they can view my photos also.

Does anyone know of such a programme?

Just don't use msn spaces like I did! I should have made back up copies of my photos but I didn't as I thought msn would save the photos with out reducing the quality. I can't print any of my travel photos out now, because so much of the quality is lost. Really gutted about that.

Laura: Youch! That must suck... :( Typical Microsoft...
Probably needless to say, here at travellerspoint we never touch the original uploaded version, and only work on copies of it for resizing and rotating. (The original version remains available for downloading for the owner in the personal photo gallery.)

Paul3879: if you really want to hide the photos so only logged in users can see them, flickr might be what you're looking for. Otherwise (if it's okay that everyone can see your photos) I'd say you're where you need to be right here. :)

Yahoo have a photo album as part of their e-mail accounts.
This allows you to do what your after, and you can alter the settings to restrict certian people from seeing only what they want.

I personally prefer Google over yahoo- try their picasaweb @ ( though i am told that there is some loss of quality - though much better than other sites)

Thing is , it is always better to copy the original photos into CD's for back up. Use sites just as a mechanism to "exhibit", "share" and exchange!
