Heya guys,

I was wondering if we could have the option that we could click to "stay logged in" when we sign in. Kinda like how hotmail has. Just find it would be more convenient. Puh-lease

Katie ;)

I guess I will add my request for a continuous "remember me" or "remember my password" facility.
I appreciate with such an open site there is the constant problem of hackers and people wanting commercial opportunities to advertise for free, however I feel we can always alert you if we think there is an abuse of Travellers Point, so we do need the quick reporting link as well.

Point taken! I'll consider it a priority - the only reason it isn't as default is that it requires the use of 'cookies' in browsers and a lot of people have a warning ticked for that, so it can be a little annoying. I'll make it an option to stay logged in. The only risk is of course that an unknowing person would potentially tick this option on a computer in an internet cafe and then the next person who comes along to Travellerspoint might steal all the details. Anyway, it would still be nice to be kept logged on though!! Thanks for the feedback!

Cheers, Peter

Hey Peter,

I have a suggestion. I think you could set the cookie to expire after a certain period of time, say, 48 hours? This way, the cookie containing the saved password will be useless after that time. If a person visits the site within the time, the expiry will be extended for another 48 hours. Autologin will not be necessary. Just auto fill in the username and password boxes will do. I think it's usefull for people who are regulars here. We just have to click on login button to initiate the login process without having to type. What do you think

Just my two cents.
