Hello there!

I can't really help you about the budget question, but if you send me pm, I can tell you who might have an idea. :)

As for the locations, there are plenty - Sarajevo, Mostar, Tuzla, Zenica, Pocitelj, Travnik, Tesanj, Gradacac, Medjugorje, etc. I could give you more information about each, but it would be better if I had general idea of what you're interested in first.

Bosnia-Herzegovina is really different from the surrounding countries.
BiH is not the place to go if you fancy excellent nightlife, superb architecture or sunny and sandy beaches. BiH really is about the people and the culture.
The places mentioned by Jasmina are worth a visit, but it's too much for one week only. Allow me to make a suggestion for an itinerary:

Day 1: Sarajevo
Day 2: Sarajevo
Day 3: Ilid┼ża from Sarajevo
Day 4: Travnik and Zenica from Sarajevo
Day 5: bus from Sarajevo to Mostar
Day 6: Mostar (perhaps Pocitelj too, but that's hard to get to)
Day 7: Medjugorje (a true hoax!) and Blagaj from Mostar

I may have some recommendations for accommodation in Sarajevo or Mostar. Just PM me if you want to know more. Have fun!
