After much hard work, we have finally managed to get everything together to the point that we are ready to offer our first official Travellerspoint calendar for sale!

It's being printed as we speak and judging by the proofs it will be a very beautiful thing indeed Many thanks go out to the wonderful members of Travellerspoint whose photos take prime place and to Boris Iochev who did wonders with the design.

You can buy yours now and all things going according to plan, we should be posting these things out by the end of next week!

All profits will be going to a good cause (by good cause, I don't mean Sam and myself), and priced at a measley 10 Euros, why wait ? ;)

BUY NOW !!!

Peter - hope you don't mind that I stickied this thread so people see it!!! Cool on the calendars - will be ordering shortly.

Though, I am a bit surprised at only getting 400 voters... But, as you stated in the initial request for photos, time was of the essence. Still, seven of the twelve I voted for made the cut!!!

Are all the backgrounds coloured so you can't write on the calendar? I want one, but it's not so useful if you can't write on it very well! :(

The month pages are indeed dark and yes, this is something we considered quite carefully. The choice was made to go for the dark background, as it highlighted the photos the best. Considering we're pretty proud of the photos, we wanted to focus on them. It is possible to write on it with one of those silver pens. In fact, it would look pretty cool, because the days are printed in metallic ink also.

The backs of the pages are uncoated white and so writing on the postcards will be no problem regardless of pen!
