Copenhagen is fun and there are the typical Christiana and Tivoli Gardens but if you are mobile you might want to get out of Copenhagen. Dragor is a great village out on the edge of Copenhagen close to the bridge across to Malmo (Sweden). In the other direction, Ribe is Denmark's oldest village and worth a visit but I don't think you have to time for this.

And Helsingor is only an hour north by regular train, which is Shakespeare's Elsinore (castle) from Hamlet if that is of interest to you.

Plenty to keep you occupied for a few days around greater Kbh though

well... a lot of things to do... castles and such to see, museums to visit... hmmm... u should get around nyhavn - the environment there is top-notch... ships and canals and loads of people... near that place you could go to kongens nytorv - also popular and a ice-skating place... well depends really... if you like being around city-life and such there are great streets to walk through... also places with not too many people!
