Hi,

I am in a similar position. I head off this September and it will be my first time traveling around Asia. Initially we were going to head to India but I read that Thailand is an easier introduction into Asia. I was however concerned to have that 'authentic' experience so am planning to travel through Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos, all of which I have great access to from Thailand.

I don't know...I have been told that India can be pretty exhausting and for three months of travelling I want to be able to chill and relax a little.

Let me know what you decide as I am intereted to know what influences your final decision.
