Will it be wise to pack in some skirts and nice tops for a girl?

I dont know, but you never know if you going to need them. :)

If you are not going to an area that is too hot - take a jeans and one nice shirt. Hot pants also work very well if you want to go clubbing and they don't take up much space.

i guess one really sexy skirt would do no harm - however, i havent packed for a trip where luggage was a constraint - so i dont know!

Gypsy style skirts are a good option as they're crinkly anyway, so it doesn't matter how you pack them! But hey, a mini is hardly gonna take up much room anyway, so I always throw one in Same goes with nice tops, they're generally not gonna take up much space, so throw one of those in too....just limit yourself, don't go crazy and pack one of each colour/style lol. You'll regret it when you have to carry round the weight, plus being a girl you'll probably shop whereever you're going;)

What you need is accessories, but most of all lip gloss!

Find a nice little skirt and top or maybe a little dress that you can wear both in the day or at night, then if you get a nice necklace or some big earrings or something you can liven them up a lot without carrying much extra bulk or weight. A slick of shiny lip gloss and instant glamour (well almost)

Depending on where you're travelling you might find some gorgeous accesories.

Yup! Accessories and lip gloss!

I try to "mix and match" so I can take a minimum amount of clothes for a maximum number of days. (I'm not always successful, mind you...) Gypsy skirts are great as you can twist them up almost into a ball to keep the crinkles and take up little space. I gave up wearing minis but go for it! As Clara said, you might find some gorgeous accessories while traveling, but you may also find some fantastic skirts along the way.

God, I got soo sick of wearing the same clothes day in day out. I didnt bother bringing any dressy stuff with me. I found that when I got to a particular country it was nice to wander around the markets and pick up something that was more "local" :)

I bought heaps of earrings and bracelets, skirts, little tops ...all of whcih cost nothing really, and didnt hurt to leave behnid or give away when I was moving on. :)
