Hi, does anyone have any info on how easy/difficult it is to get a hospitality type job in Darwin?? Currently in Cairns and had planned to work here but unfortunately the weathers not that good!! So thinking of heading to Darwin instead to get some work. Any ideas?

As it is dry season in Darwin at this time of the year, it'll be fairly busy with tourists and you shouldn't have problems finding a job in hospitality. Friends of mine worked at Mindil Beach market which could also be an option. It's a sunset market with arts/crafts and food stalls that's on every thursday and sunday during winter. It's really nice and there's nothing better than eating a chocolate crepe watching the sunset over Mindil beach ;).
Good luck with the job hunt.
