Belize......?

Hi, I will be traveling though Belize in early November this year and it looks and sounds amazing from what I have read, but I also read that its quite expensive compared to other Neighboring countries and as i will be on a tight budget I’m wondering Is there any recommended routes that any of you guys could suggest and that will hopefully keep my budget down, I will have about 2/3 weeks in Belize before I head into Guatemala, any advice is very much appreciated!! thanks in advance xx

We rented a car and it was the best decision. We started in the Cayo (and went down to Tikal too...without the car) and worked our way up to Orange Walk and ended up on Ambergris Caye. We had a great trip that was very diverse.
