Have you ever been denied to travel to a desired country because of your nationality?

Never,....So far so good....
Not denied as such but sometimes it's a pain in the arse to get visas!!
No, can't say I have.
A few years ago I got a visa for the United Arab Emirates, and in the application form there were words to the effect that if you were an Israeli citizen you'd be wasting your time applying.
No.
There are some places I know I am not allowed to go, so I dont try to get visas to go to those countries.
Eg. Saudi Arabia.

Not allowed? Why not?
Well, it is not that I am not allowed to apply for a visa.
But in reality, they only give visas to people who are going to work there or have relatives living there. So no point in bothering to apply.

Hasn't happened with me till now but with a lot of people I know. Especially (read "only") when applying for a US visa. The interviewer's always skeptical about the intentions. They think all Indians want to go to the US and never come back. Not really their fault. I guess its got to do with the hordes who are actually trying to get out. Works out badly for the people who really want to just go visit.
Well, having a Malaysian and Thai passport here to apply for US Visa is very hard as well.
First, we need to pay an amount of money to get ourselves to go for the interview. And we have to wait to the answer if we get the visa or not....
I was denied entry to Indonesia because I only had my Dutch passport with me and hadn't gotten a visa in advance.... put on a flight out to Darwin and took a flight back two days later with the paperwork in order Bit of a bummer that one!
