Who did you book it through? , you should always keep your booking numbers, when mistakes happen (like turning up to hostel and they dont have you reservation)you will need it! . if you booked through hostelworld your number will be recorded -just log in a go to "my bookings" ,i think hostelbookers have smilar setup. you could email them direct, just state your name/date you are staying.

P.S read all reviews with a pich of salt - most people will be quick to write a bad review but forget to write a good one!

I agree with Tim, most reviews should be taken with some scepticism :)

Most (All?) hostel booking systems ask you to cancel the booking directly with the property. The properties contact details are always included on the booking confirmation (email + phone). You generally can't reply to the confirmation email as that is a 'send only' email address and isn't monitored.

If you booked through Travellerspoint and have misplaced your confirmation email, you can use our Contact form which is linked to from every page of the site to get in touch with us about your booking. Choose the "I have already booked accommodation... " topic and it'll be sent to the right person. If you no longer have your booking number, be sure to use the email address that you booked with and the name you booked under.

Hope that helps :)
