Hello,
I'm going next week to China, Tibet and Nepal. I just heard it's better to take travellers cheques instead of cash money (euro). Is it true? I prefer cash...
Bye bye

hi namaste
i was in china in may and can definately say cash or a debit credit card, if you go with travellers cheques your signature must be perfect or you will have to resign it until they think it is identical to your sample signature, i had to sign a couple of mine two or three times before they would accept it,
have a great time rowdy1

No, Now Tibet (Lhasa) is just like any other Chinese city (and looks like any Chinese city :()
So don't worry with your cash.
