Fish head cooking is quite common in my country. Certain fish bones after deep fried, is quite tasty and crunchy....get choke?......there is always a way etc a bowl and a pair of chopstick
Have you ever eaten fish head or fish bones?
Yup to both.
You make a soup out of halibut and the bones become edible powder....
I've eaten deep fried salmon skin in a Japanese restaurant it was good. Yes, it's common in Malaysia and Singapore too to have fish heads meals, the curry ones and the soupy ones (the clear soup has milk as part of the ingredients) which usually comes together with rice noodles.
There's a traditional chinese way of getting the fish bones down when stuck in the throat, to swallow a piece of mould up rice ball.
