hi there i plan to do a euro trip could anyone help on routes to do i live in liverpool so prob start of there i want to do about 8 countrys in a month for my first eurotrip has anyone any sugestons thanks for your time
does anyone know any good euro trip routes
Generally it's either a clockwise or counter clockwise tour isn't it. How do you plan to travel ? Car/Train/Bus/Plane/Boat/Foot? That decision will have a great impact on which routes are available and how much time is available to you. Try something like this:
France
Spain
Italy
Greece
Austria
Switzerland
Germany
Denmark
8 countries in a month?
Better to focus on the smaller and nearer ones I guess.
Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Germany can be visited in one day total
thankyou very much i plan to fly from liverpool or manchester to a european city then i will generally be useing trains an staying in hostels i would really love to visit places like croatia slovenia slovakia rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr wish i had the money to visit every county hahahah again thankyou
As your planning on travelling by train, you may want to consider a Eurail pass. I used one in 2006 (3 months unlimited travel across 19 countries was 1500AUD) and it was the best way of doing it.
I think there are restrictions if you are UK resident at the time of purchase, but it may be worth investigating further at www.eurail.com

Then why don't you ? Skip the more expensive countries like France, Switzerland and Germany and go to Croatia, etc. and make your pound stretch a little further. You've already decided that this won't be your last trip to the continent. So do what you can now, then as you grow older and make more money pick up what you missed. The more expensive parts of europe are just on the door step of the UK anyway.
well what route would you suggest an can you use eurail pass in those countrys

Actually it's James jefranklin is what I use as my login id, as it is my name. Not a problem, either way.
I would back Q's suggestions up. I did the following route almost exclusively by rail; I had to get the ferry from Sweden to Finland and back, but that is included (or partly covered) by the Eurail ticket.
Italy->
Slovenia->
Austria->
Slovakia->
Czech Republic->
Germany->
France->
Denmark->
Finland->
Sweden->
Norway
Obviously not the most efficient route, but I had to get to Germany for the World Cup, France to meet up with a friend while he was on a business trip and Roskilde in a small window!
