Just wondering if you stay in a hostel do you need to pay for......

1, blanket, tower, bed sheet and pillow....etc?
2, Do you got your room key?
3, Does hostel quiet, able to get good night sleep?

Thank you.

1) It differs where in Europe you go. Usually sheets are included in the cost, but in some countries (scandinavia e.a.) it's common that they're not. Towels are almost never available, although some hostels have some for an additional cost.
2) Yes, you always get a room key - usually they want a small despoit to make certain you return the key.
3) It depends. There's so-called "party-hostels" where you're unlikely to, and of course it also depends on what type of room you're in - a four-bed dorm will be more quiet than a ten-bed dorm. Also, hostels in cities with major international airports often have the problem of people needing to leave really early (or arriving rather late) because of flights. In general I've never had too many complaints about getting enough sleep in hostels, but since I nowadays can afford private rooms, that's what I do always opt for, just so I have the guarantee that there won't be anybody snoring. :)

usually you get a choice between smaller dorms and larger. Noise will always be around in hostels- just take a decent pair of ear plugs. I always take a bug repellent sleeping bag, keeps out the bugs from prior guests and what not- you never know! With towels i would always bring your own, just as a hygiene thing really- least you know where they have been and how often they have been washed!

I don't have a lot to add, except that some hostels, don't allow sleeping bags, because they worry that people can spread bed bugs, from one hostel to another.

And always bring earplugs. (can't be said enough). The noise, will in general depend on the roommates you have. If you have a big group on your room, that comes in late at night after partying, it's likely to be awaken a couple of times. There are some hostels that have a nighttime curfew, so they get quiet at some time during the night (though usualy late).

AND....on the ear plug note....there is always someone who snores like a 200 ton truck! I think its written in the secret laws of running a hostel to employ someone to do this every single night!

If you're booking online, it's important to read the hostel reviews. Questions such as yours are often brought up in them and you'll get more insight than you need but that's a good thing. I agree with everyone else about the earphones. No matter where I'm at, every night when I want to sleep there is someone in the room with a roaring snore (sounding similar to a 4.2 scale earthquake lol). What annoys me is that when I put in my earphones they always come out in the middle of the night
