I'm not even sure I know what a battary (battery?) farm is and why they would use chickens... (I got the "wringing their neck" part but why not just do them in with the battery?)
best: ticket seller in the bingo tent at the PNE (pacific national exhibition - it's a fair that happens every year at summer in vancouver). lots of fun! same routine, but i enjoyed it, oddly enough.
worst: calltaker at vancouver taxi...i think. it was tough, i couldn't understand the drivers' accents, and got yelled at on the phone a lot by people that would call, because NO ONE IS EVER PATIENT. crazy, crazy people. i think it totally turned me off of any sort of even vague customer service.
I've only ever had two jobs. My favourite would of being the office slave...only because I had an okay time there (and didn't know any better). My second was cleaning, which wasn't hardcore, few hours a week...(fulltime over holidays). Wasn't too bad, as you get to listen to music, and depending where you clean, talk to different people. (At a uni). Well, it was my job until today. My uni timetable is a bit whacked, and when uni finishes for the sem, i'm off rtw, so I've been moved to relief cleaner. (aka..virtually unemployed)
