Greetings, I am going to Viet Nam in April and am planning to kayak in Ha Long Bay. The problem is that the junks who cater to kayak trips seem to only cater to couples or groups. I am going solo and am looking for a decent company that has a good kayak and reasonable price. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

I've been on kayak trips several times and the best price is 110$ / Twin cabin for one night cruise plus 20$ for a kayak. Day cruise tour would cost you 40$ plus 20$ kayak.

If you want a real junk and you travel solo, there is almost no "reasonable" price as things are rocketing in Vietnam. If you want to save some money, the only way is join a group tour.
