Hello All,
This forum has helped me a lot.
I am Brazilian, travelling in April to Slovenia, Latvia and Polland.
I am totally lost.
What kind of clothes must I bring? Is cheaper to buy in slovenia? (how much is cheap?)
And the people, they are friendly? Is safe There?
Do you have any suggestion? Good Places? What to Avoid?
Thanks for all comments and advice.

Hi,
it is absolutely safe. No worry. April is just a begining of Spring so you should rather take some warm clothes like sweater and light water resist jacket. If you want to buy it in Poland it would cost about 50$ more or less each.
And please check if your tour destination is Slovenia because the distance between Poland and Slovenia is about 700 km.
I think you might mean Slovakia, which has a common border with Poland.
I recommend you Cracow and Wieliczka Cave in Poland. Than you can easly travel to Slovenia.
Regards,
Lamparto

I haven't been to Latvia or Slovenia, but I have heard great things. I have also heard wonderful things about Lithuania. Are you passing through there on the way to latvia. I heard Vilnius is a must-see before it gets commericialized.
I went to Krakow, Poland last October and it was great. There is so much to see and do inside the side and day trips outside the city. The people are incredibly friendly. I found they just went about there business like you are one of them. No stares or glares at the tourist invading their city.
The hostels in Krakow are among the best in Europe. Tremendously clean and modern. I can't really recommend one becuase they are all so good. You can't go wrong.

Oooopsss..
Now I realize that I booked for slovenia instead slovakia.....
A "little" mistake...only some 800 km...
I can just walk
Too much alcohol
Is easy to go from slovenia to hungary or romenia? There is trains?
And another question, what is a good clothes for "winter"?
Is jeans ok? there is another kind of fabric? Shoes? Is it possible to buy the clothes in slovenia? Where?
Thanks
