i was wondering the punishments of people out staying there permission to stayin italy for like a month what concerquenes and involved

Probably you'd be ok, if it was only for a month. Probably.

Possible consequences: fine (likely), deportation (unlikely), problems with future entry in the entire Schengen area (very likely).

it is not a good idea to stay beyond your visa limit since Italy is having a tough clampdown on illegal immigrants. It really depends on what you are doing, or what is likely to happen to you and, as bentivogli said, you are not going to return very easily.

If you're a guest of a country, you have to show respect of their laws.
