At the moment, the General Page has 25 threads on it as follows:

- 2 stickies
- 3 spams
- 9 moved threads
- 11 other threads

As the moved threads are spread all over the page, it might be worth considering grouping all of these at the bottom of the page; i.e. any thread that is moved gets moved (or grouped if >1) at the bottom of the page. I think it would de-clutter the page layout and allow all the other/relevant threads to appear together.

Hear hear. Also, but this has probably been suggested before, it would be great (well, pleasant to the eye) if spam-flags were visible to mods only. Threads of which the first post is marked spam could simply be removed from the regular public's view altogether.

In regards to the forums however slightly different to above, I would also suggest that on the "All Threads" page that moved threads should only show once - i.e. only show the thread where it exists now, and not also from the original forum with the title "MOVED: ..."

I'm unable to think of a reason why in the All Threads page it should show up twice - in the original forum yes, so people then don't post a new thread asking where their question went, but in the All Threads listing this shouldn't be the case.

I'm not sure if forum threads, where the first post has been flagged, should disappear from general view as it could result in some people posting again as they now can't find their first post. Flagged posts aren't always clear-cut that they should be deleted, some just edited.

What could be an idea is to have more than just "SPAM?" in red - i.e. if it's a duplicate entry have "DUPLICATE POST?", if it's inflammatory have "INFLAMMATORY?". The word spam does not cover all flagged posts.

Another thing is, when selecting a thread/post as potential "spam" (although as already said, spam isn't always the right definition), the options in the drop-down list are:
- Promotional Post
- Duplicate Entry
- Inflammatory Entry

However, in the forum rules there are a couple of other things which are listed as rules, which are:
- Email Address Posted
- Personal Contact Info Posted

These 2 really come under one (personal contact info), perhaps this should also be an option in the drop-down box when flagging posts? It may not make much difference to a moderator, however someone wanting to flag a post may choose not to because the options don't match all valid reasons.
