Busking around the world?

Hey all!

If I stick to my financial plan, then by this time next year, I shall have paid off o/draft + credit card, and have about 300 / 400 pounds saved.

Soon after then I will be setting off travelling for a long time (at least a year I'm planning) I have no destination, just a desire to explore.

I was wondering whether leaving with 400 pounds is stupid or reasonable? I wont be living it up and spending lots of money. I only need the neccesities. I plan on staying in hostels / under the stars (where possible)

Also, do you think that enough money can generally be made through busking on streets in order to survive?

I think you should travel with more money in your back account... or just ask any travel agent to get you a loan so you can pay it back to him later... My policy is to enjoy luxurious travel once in a year at least...

Yer, I agree with having more money. I think i'll aim for about 2,000 to be safe. It'll take longer, but no doubt better in the long run.
