Hello,

They cancelled my coach and did not inform me and the other person waiting for it. It took us three hours of complaints to book another coach and I ended up being late for work the next day and had to drive to a different city just to catch another coach. The service and lack of communication was atrocious, the thing that was most frustrating was the fact they did not care to tell those who were waiting it was cancelled they just ignored us.

Hello, my family took Eurolines from Berlin to Paris and return on 14 May 2015/ 18 May 2015. The bus was old, creaky and the toilet did not work (of course the non-English speaking bus drivers did not make an announcement to this fact. So, the entire 15 hour trip (multiple stops) was accompanied by wonderous smells and increasing piles of urine soaked toilet paper that grew with every kilometer. The driver had to pull over twice at rest stops for the WC after passengers complained. Wifi? Forget about it. There is a Wifi internat signal but only works from Berlin to Hannover. Once you leave Germany - the router signal is there, but no internet. Seats are cramped and if you are over 160 cm - you will suffer. Forget about it if you are an 'oversized' person.
To add insult to injury - our return trip to Berlin was on the exact same bus - and NOTHING was repaired. Same broken toilet, same useless Wifi router and while the bus drivers were different - extremely limited English, but at least, they knew the names of the bus stops...
Never again Eurolines..
Mike
