Hi, It really depends where you want to visit, and your choice is endless. We have some of the best beaches in Europe in the Canary Islands, and Fuerteventura in particular, which of course offers fun in the winter sun as well. -snip-

The beach in the Cies island, in Galicien Spain is bee selected as the best in the world, just to let you know that there is a maximun of people per day that can go in to the islands as is a national reserve.

In February you have to travel to the Canary Isles. There are no other places in Europe where you can enjoy a day at the beach at that time of the year. I suggest Playa Arena on Tenerife.

Yep, it's the Canaries or nothing else. The beaches of the Med are rather cool in February.

I remember being on Majorca (San Telm to be precise) and it was a February, and the sun was out and it was a nice but cool day. I took my shirt off and enjoyed the rays. In the background there was snow on the mountains.

OK, it will not be 35C, sunny, but ..................................................

Warmish in Europe :

Cyprus
Malta

On the fringes of Europe (!) , but also worth considering :

Israel/Jordan/Egypt Red Sea coast
Lebanon
Israel
Morocco
Tunisia
Algeria
Tunisia
Libya (now reopened to tourists)

Some of these places now have low cost flights as well as breing cheaper once you arrive.
