We are flying into Buenis Aires and staying there for 7 days then going to make our way up to Iguazu Falls then across to Rio de Janeiro for another 7 days then back our way back to Buenis Aires. My question is this
How long will it take by bus from BA to Iguazu Falls
How long should we stay in Iguazu falls
Would you suggest seeing anything else
How long will it take from Iguaza Falls to Rio.
How long will it take from Rio back to BA, should we break it up and stop over in Sao Paulo, is there anything good o see along the coast coming down from Rio to BA?
What is the best currency to use in South America or can you draw money from ATM.
Cheers

Hi there!
Quoting sharonann
How long will it take by bus from BA to Iguazu Falls
By bus about 17 hours, see here: http://www.omnilineas.com/argentina/bus/retiro/puerto-iguazu/

How long should we stay in Iguazu falls
At least one day on the Argentinian and one day on the Brazilian side of the falls.
Include the days of arrival and leaving, so it'll take you 4 days at least.
Cheers, sprain

I forgot how long it takes to get there by bus but it says it somewhere on my blog. It really is the only thing to do there. Make sure you do the grand adventura of Iguassu Falls(available on the Argentina side). before you leave for riop you should check out the view of iguassu on the Brazil side. it has a panoramic view that is breathtaking.
I forgot the hours but I know they are in my blog. Between sao polo and rio you should most definitely stop in Illha Grande. It is Brzil's largest Island. I recommend staying there for 3 nights and just relaxing. check out Bealocal.com once you get to Rio.
Here is my blog you can search my entries my location to find out how long things took. http://playnowworklater.com
