I seriously doubt whether you can leave from Colonia in the morning, and still be able to catch a plane from Ezeiza in the afternoon. In fact I am quite sure it's impossible.

Buquebus arrives roughly behind Casa Rosadas (plaza de Mayo), from which it is a short distance by bus (or on foot if you have little or no luggage, but it's not a nice walk) to Retiro. From Retiro, minivans take you to Ezeiza in 30-60 minutes, depending on traffic. The vans depart opposite the Terminal and train stations; look for a sign with a big lion, saying Tienda Manuel León.

It is possible but it's a tight schedule and scheduling too tight in Argentina sometimes could cause trouble, not far away from the Buquebus terminal is a manuel leon bus terminal but check that on forehand and the walk as said is not that nice, You could also take a remis (a privat cab) to ezeiza ( they charge between 60 and 95 pesos), neighborhoods to stay depends on budget and preference but constitucion and la boca are not advisable and microcentro just isn't nice.
For any questions you can send me a pm. good luck

Hi, I think that the best part of the city to stay is San telmo, because it´s a beautiful and safe area, with a lot of history. I stayed last year at the Garden House Hostel. The people were really nice, and i enjoyed there an amazing bbq!! The Buquebus Terminal is not far from the hostel, you can be there by subway in 10 minutes. To go to ezeiza check in Manuel Tienda Leon, it is a bus company.

good trip!!!

There all

Thank you very much for all your help over this thread in the last couple of months.

As my trip is just in a matter of weeks, can anyone provide me a guide of the activities to do for the 6 days I'll be in BA?

Also, i'm on the look out for very goo 3 star or more hotels in good parts of BA.

Can anyone help with this?
