Hi I’m fun, easygoing, and responsible 26 year old girl. I’m looking for a companion to travel in South America at the end of 2009. I’d like to start in Argentina (Buenos) through Patagonia to Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, Brazil and finish back in Buenos Aires. I’m open to some changes in the itinerary. ;)

Hi.. I might be down in Argentina around December too. Hoping to start earlier and further north (around September if all works out) and make my way down to Chile/Argentina by the end of the year. Might have to head back to Europe then (depending on a job that I might start in January), or will extend the trip into next year, travelling back "up" on the other side than I came down. My trip is not planned and nothing booked yet, but if you're interested, let's get in touch and see how plans work out...

Oh and myself I'm 31, male, fun & easygoing too, and tend to travel rather "freestyle", ie. no exact itinerary planned ahead but just "go with the flow". I'll also try to do some couchsurfing/hospitalityclub, as it's a great way to meet local people...

send me a msg if you're interested to get in touch.

I am also hoping to spend some time touring central/south american also but had planned on leaving early 2010. I am living in southern US at the moment and considered sticking to the ground and just heading south through mexico. Maybe hop on a plane for the trip from central to south america. I want to stay away for 6 months to a year, but thats as far as my planning goes. The only traveling I've done is the week or two resort vacations so this would be my first try at backpacking. Since I know spanish central/south america seemed a good place to start.

My friends are all at the starting a family age or are married to their career and I'm a little apprehensive about setting out alone so if anyone is interested in something like this let me know.

I will be starting my trip in Peru in November and doing a few treks there then planning to cruise up through Colombia for New Years on the Caribbean, then meander to Brazil in order for Carnaval in Feb.
I will be solo for most of my trip except around new years and am keen to travel with a someone that has a good sense of humour, isnt scared to do a few lairy things and basically wants to live the dream while cruising around a different culture.
Let me know if any of what im planning to do is down your alley.
Party on
