Hi!
I'm going to be in Montréal this summer to study French and I need a place to stay. I'm thinking about booking a room in a residence. Since I'm going to be there for a month I'd like to find one with a nice and young environment where I can meet young people. Has anyone heard about McGill's Bishop Mountain Hall?would you recommend another one?
Thanks very much in advance!

I stayed at McGill for a week while on holiday a few years ago and would recommend it for that, however if you are there to study French surely you'd want to stay in a Francophone environment, not in the bastion of Montreal's Anglophone elite, where you won't hear any French spoken on campus?

Staying anywhere in the downtown district you will hear all the French you need ,actually the only place you will hear a lot of English would be on Montreal's west island communities.
