Hey all,
Long time member, but I dont think I have ever posted, so its about time.
Next summer me and a friend and maybe one other will be doing camp america in New Hampshire, and then will be going down south. We hope to purchase a vehicle which will be big enough to live in so we dont have to pay for places to stay, we have a tent and other stuff with us.
I wanted to know where is best to buy and what licenses and boader petrol stuff we will need.
Other questions will probably follow after the provisional one is answered I suppose.
Cheers

Theres no road if your planning on driving to South America. When you hit Panama you arrive a the Darien Gap - a jungle separating North America and South America. Theres no road (think its to stop drug smuggling or something)

Well that means it will have to be in South America that we purchase a vehicle.
Any one done this, tips and best place to buy and how much we should be looking to spend and vehicle which will last a bit and big enough for 3 of us to perhaps sleep in if need be (not bothered by comfort).
