Quoting Utrecht
Finally booked for a trip in March 2010.
Going to visit a few parks in India (Bandhavgarh and Kanha) and a few Middle East states (Dubai, Kuwait and Bahrain). Looking forward to that combination of nature and culture/cities.
West USA in May/June is almost sure I guess. And I will have a wedding in Brazil at the end of December, so probably combine that with some travelling as well.
Mmm...what should I do in September to prevent being home too long
I'm starting to feel envious
Maybe we'll meet in India Bex, you never know

Oh I'd love to but March is my "danger month" to be out of the country. I have this strong feeling my viva voce will be held then...

Hi all
Well my plans this year -
From April I shall be travelling overland from London to Darwin for 6 months. Then shall be travelling down the East Coast of Oz aiming to get to Sydney for New Year which will conclude the year 2010.
Then either late 2010 or early 2011 New Zealand is the destination for a year or 2. Just see what happens.
Happy travels

Hi All,
Our plans are Mongolia in July and Norway in Sept/Oct for Northern Lights. To see the Northern Lights is on the list of most important experiences we look forward to.
Appreciate for any tips, advise, etc.
Happy travels !

Hey guys, new member here, just signed up a bit ago b/c I really like the blog on this site. My wife and I have a huge trip planned. In 2 weeks (2nd week of February) we leave for a 10-11 month RTW trip, how cool is that! We have been planning for a few months now and saving for a few years, although those savings were originally supposed to be for a house. I have traveled extensively through South America and Europe, but this will be her first trip outside of the Americas, and her first real backpacking adventure. We start in Fiji, then NZ and Aus, up into SE Asia, around the Middle East a bit, and then we have 5 months in Europe, arriving into Athens and leaving from Portugal. We'll be keeping a pretty in depth blog here, my wife will be updating her friends and family in Portuguese (she is from Brazil) and I will be writing in English. Follow along if you like, we are Jonathanandflavia.trav... you get the point.
