Thinking to go Hong Kong, but not sure which month should i go? I don't like the hot weather but I like to go shopping, should I go with a tour or backpack?

I'm going to be there next week and staying for 2 nights. I normally stay in Kowloon because that's where the night markets are and Nathan road has major shopping. Can't wait!
