That's a good question. How much money does everyone think that someone would need to raise to be able to travel around the world, on every continent excluding the arctic/antarctic?!

7000 pounds? It seems enough to me. Does that include buying the ticket, or is that just spending money? And what do you define as 'living in poverty'? It means different things to different people. You will want to keep a close eye on your spending - ideally you will have plenty left by the time you get to Australia, so you aren't too desperate for work!!

£££7000 enough!!! UThat is more than enough matey! As long as sleeping in youth hostels doesnt count as living in poverty then that is more than enough, unless ur planning to some serious shopping while your ther!
