I am going to Melbourne on the 14th of august ALONE :\

Just wondering if anyone else is going around the same time and wants to make a new friend?

I'm going to be in Melbourne but not until the end of September! Im sure you would of made a lot of friends by then but if you are still around in September it would be nice to know wheres good to stay places to go etc.

I'm going out with a friend! She is very eager to head to Sydney pretty soon after we arrive but if I enjoy it in Melbourne I'm planning on staying out there and working before I travel around! U done much travelling before? This is my first time! Can't wait :D x

im arriving in melbourne second wk of december before heading to sydney for xmas and new yr! very excited!! i have been advised to book a hostel over this time as everything gets booked up very quickly, so im all sorted!!

After that planning on travelling up the east coast for about 6 wks then try and find work, or hopefully fruit picking work, im going on a WH visa!

Will be leaving for Thailand 4th Sept, going to FMP 12th ten fly to oz start of oct, haven't yet decided on cairns or Melbourne to start, Sydney for Xmas and new years!!! Then travel and work!! Will need to work and wanna do some fruit picking to get 2nd year!!! Whats your plans?? Have you booked your flights yet?? What dates you in wake up?? xx

FMP is CRAZY i went for new yr eve 2009!!! prepare youself for the buckets!!

i'm basically travelling through NZ for a month, then flying over to melbourne on the 13th december, staying for a wk.

sydney for xmas n new yrs at wake up hostel!!, did you manage to book it??

i've spoken to so many ppl who have booked in to wake up for xmas and new yr! so it should be a laugh.
