Australia - Travelling alone in Nov 2011

Heyyyy,

I arrive in Oz on 5th Nov completely alone - is anyone else planning on being there then?
I have two nights booked in at Base Wanderers Hostel but do not know where to go after that! Any advice or info would be great

Hi im flying out of the uk on the 21st and plan on doing exactly the same thing jsut a couple of nights accomidation and go from there!

Let me no how u get on? how long are u staying in oz are you working and travelling??

Travelling around Oz is easy to do on your own, and you'll meet other tourists on the way around.

Distances are great so people tend to fly long distance rather than endless hours on a bus.

- plan on spending a couple of months in Sydney hopefully working then travel up the coast. What about yourself?
You will be there before me so you will have to let me know how you get on!

I leave the uk 21st novemeber so u should be there few weeks before me! im planning on being in sydney just over a month will leave just after christmas and new year as long as i can get work as im told sydney is the most expensive place and a month maybe a bit ambitious. After that yea heading up the coast stoping where i fancy working when i can as much as i can. Are you planning on working as well??
