My God, just now I was watching the news and our old forum member, Wocca (Warren Rodwell) has been kidnapped from his home in the Philippines. Bloodstains have been discovered by the police.

I read the article and this is certainly bad news for all those that knew Warren. Hopefully the kidnappers simply want money and will return 'Wocca' when a ransom is paid. All those that believe in the power of prayer should include Warren Rodwell in their daily prayers.

Wocca certainly was a character. I was due to meet up with him in Sydney some years ago but I pulled out the day before. Lack of trust i guess. He rubbed people up the wrong way, and I think he may have been banned from this site.
Regardless of that, I agree with your sentiments. Let's hope and pray that he's ok.

James is correct, Warren was quite the character and his TP membership was inactivated several years ago due to his disruptive antics. Regardless, I hope for his sake and that of his family members, he is rescued/released safely.
Gosh, that is just terrible! Hoping for a safe return soon!! It would be great if you could keep us posted James. That kind of news doesn't make it to Norway

I agree with Sam! We don't get this news either. I had my issues with Warren just as he had with me, but have never ever wished him harm in any way. It does goes to show how small the world can be at times. Again, may he be rescued/returned safely. James, please keep us posted as best you can. Thank you.
