Classics: Schloss Neuschwandstein, München because of its upper class- atmosphere and the Hofbräuhaus , Heidelberg (people always love it), further (because its not touristic like Heidelberg) Freiburg, Köln because of the dom and going out, Berlin for its history and individual lifestyle, Lake Constancia (because its cosy especially Konstanz). You could take a selfmade roundtrip to Berlin, book forward a cheap flight to cologne (if your lucky will be around 40 euros Air berlin, ryan air> here you have to pay attention to additional costs like bagagge etc), german train is very expensive. look for a trip from cologne to for example to frankfurt for >>sharing cars (ask somebody who knows german to read it for u, costs: 10-15 euros). After Frankfurt take mitfahrgelegenheit or train to heidelberg (train will be the double than mitfahrgelegenheit), from heidelberg u can go again by mfg or by train (Baden-Württemberg-Ticket, 2. class) to Freiburg. To get from there to lake constancia i would choose the train, regiotrain because the way is trought the black forest and u see a lot of nature and little villages. From Konstanz i dont know how to get to munich, maybe get to zurich and take a flight from there to munich. But zurich is sooo expensive ( cheapest streetfood starts from 11 Euro)
Have fun on ur trip
