So like a fool I didn't do the required agricultural hours to qualify for my 2nd year visa while I was in Australia back in 2008. Something I regret massively!!
I heard that IF I obtained a business number & the details surrounding it I could apply for a 2nd year visa with the hope Australian customs don't do the necessary checks to see if it actually belongs to me.
Rumours suggest they check 1 in 10 second year visa application details, giving me some hope I may luck out & slip through the net.
Does anyone know if this is actually true?
What's the worse that can happen if I apply & get caught? I'll obviously loose the $$$ to process the visa but will they go as far to ban me from the country for a period of time?
