You can have your organic produce delivered from the market by bicycle in Paris. We saw lots of bicycle deliveries although most weren't as elaborate as this one. More often we saw someone with a large black box fastened to his bicycle zipping through the streets delivering all sorts of things, but mostly food of some sort. This doesn't seem to add to the market experience if you don't actually have to go to the market but I suppose it is progress of some sort.
