Musée des Beaux Arts by Beausoleil
Behind Chartres Cathedral are the peaceful Jardins de l'Évêché and the Beaux Arts Museum. As many times as we've enjoyed the garden, we have never visited the museum so this was the day. The museum in the former episcopal palace and has classic and modern art, plus antique harpsichords which were a real draw for us. They also had a small display of antique musical instruments that was fun.
