Chess games in the Luxembourg Gardens by Beausoleil
We had an apartment a half block from the Luxembourg Gardens. They are well used. There are two cafes, Angelina's, the Luxembourg Museum, a kiosk with concerts, a bee sanctuary, the Medici Fountain, chess games, tennis, little sail boats for children and on weekends, pony rides. There is a puppet theater, walking paths, sculpture, fountains, ice cream stands and lots of chairs where people go to sit and read real books.
