Sagrada Familia inside: A change of hue by randjb

On the opposite aisle from the green to red shift, Gaudi shifts from a light green to blue. This is the morning side of the church, while the red shift is the sunset side.

Instead of simple pillars, Gaudi designed trees to create the nave. The trees extend high into the sky, but the sky might go on forever.

The "stain glass" windows do not include pictures of saints or historical figures, rather they are light gatherers that bring in the various hues and shades that Gaudi wanted to have color his "forest."
