The left luggage office inside the booking hall at Tangier Gare Routiere ( bus station) on Place al Jamia al Arabia. Luggage can be stored here for a fee of five dirhams per item for up to 24 hours, fees payable in advance.

Tangier ferry port and ticket offices... by Bennytheball
The approach road to Tangier Ferry terminal and ticket offices. The red Portacabin is also where to pick up the all-important boarding pass, if a ferry ticket has been purchased from another agency in the city. Adjacent to the ticket office is the ticket kiosk for the Hop on Hop off open top double decker tour bus.

The old Tangier ferry port ( Gare Maritime) is under construction to accommodate the hydrofoil ferries from Spain. At present immigration and customs formalities are conducted in a large white Marqee tent located on the west side of the old terminal buildings.

Tangier Lisba Bar in a nameless sidestreet off Avenue Pasteur.... by Bennytheball
A surviving relic from Tangier's notorious "Interzone" decades with all period furnishings still intact including a wall-mounted stag's head with antlers and the cheapest drinks in town. My favourite bar when I'm back in town. Urban explorers should note that the bar will close a week before the start of Ramadan and will be slow to reopen after Eid al Fitr, at the discretion of management, to discourage binge drinking!
