Jingle Bells by Tabithag
This was taken at the annual Pow Wow in Manitoba, which visitors are welcome to watch, but is a genuine First Nations Peoples' activity, rather than an event put on for tourists. They feature a particular celebration during the day, which I believe was a chosen girl's coming of age birthday, and these ladies were part of her community group that was performing a jingle dance for the occasion.
