some of the building on the outskirts of Cairo by Maggies Travels
the reason the building are unfinished is to avoid paying tax, apparently people were coming from Iran and taking the land from the farmers to build apartments, so the Egypt Gov decided to charge them with high tax's once the building was completed. so they just left them half finished.
