the most refreshing drink I can think of by mudman
Some of me work colleages having a nice, refreshing coconut water drink. Probably the most rehydrating drink as well. It once saved my life in Sri Lanka when I survived a severe food poisoning, only being cured by locals with lots of that beautiful stuff. My friend trusting in western medication sadly died the same day. Since then I take it as a cure, whenever I feel burned out or when I have stomag problems.
