This is the first view you get of the Roman Baths. As you go through the museum, you descend to lower levels and are eventually on the water level. At the museum, there are free audio guides available in 17 languages. The first shrine here was built by the Celts and it has been adopted by the Romans and then the British who have all added their improvements. This is all detailed on the audio guide.
