Pinfold (or Pound) for keeping wayward sheep by Beausoleil Star this if you like it!
This enclosure was to keep sheep until their owners could be found. The Pound Keeper charged a fee for their upkeep when they were picked up. This one is across from parking for the Ryedale Folk Museum
