Mirror Lake wasn't much of a mirror or a lake but was sited between Lake Louise and Lake Agnes; parking is a huge hassle at Lake Louise as lots fill up before sunrise and the shuttle service requires advanced reservations and is confusing to book
TheBeehiveTrail went up endless switchbacks which had become iced over from snow melting during the day and freezing at night; I couldn't stand up and resorted to crawling for stretches while Lee pulled me along the rest of the way(and it was a long way!)
