Cluny Museum in Paris or the Musée National du Moyen Âge – Thermes et hôtel de Cluny by Beausoleil Star this if you like it!

Since July 14, 2018, a brand new reception building has been opened but the visit is restricted. The two floors of the medieval hôtel and the courtyard are closed until the spring of 2021. The entrance is just up the street from the old entrance and is obvious. You enter via the ground floor of the new construction, buy your reduced-price ticket and are ushered upstairs to the "Lady and the Unicorn" tapestry exhibit which is beautifully displayed. Next to it is an exhibit of the five senses that is nicely done but a small collection. You can also visit the Roman thermes and up until July, 2019 there was a special exhibit of the heads of the Kings of Judah that were on the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral before they were decapitated in the Revolution. This is a special exhibit because of the tragic fire at Notre Dame. The tickets are reduced price because that is all you will see. The medieval Cluny Hôtel with the stained glass, sculptures and tapestries is closed for renovation. The medieval part of the outside garden is also closed so no picnics there until it reopens. If your time in Paris is limited, I'd suggest waiting until 2021 or later to visit the Cluny when you can see the entire collection unless you just want to see the Lady and the Unicorn tapestries.
