Traveling isn't all just pretty pictures. Much of it is a wake up call that you are fortunate enough to have the luxury of a shocking, different experience. Unethical would be exploiting the person or their image. Who knows. Maybe seeing this will inspire someone to create change.
It's sad not offensive or unethical and we should think from time to time that there are people who need help.
